My version of this yummy dip! It’s super easy:

1. Take one half of a stick of butter and melt it in a big pot on medium-to-high heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and let it simmer for a bit.

2. Microwave one package of frozen spinach to thaw it a little bit, and then add it to the pot….

oh my goodness thank you kruti! if i weren’t so sick and congested right now I would go home and make gallons of this.
